Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with advanced analytics in transportation engineering/consulting.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, CS, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of transportation and mobility datasets including connected vehicle and probe data sources.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level transportation data analytics initiatives across VHB’s service lines.
• Build, mentor, and manage teams of data analysts and technical specialists.
• Direct design, development, and deployment of dashboards, data platforms, and client-facing analytics solutions.
• Establish and oversee data architecture, ETL, governance, quality, and statistical integrity across large datasets.
• Lead development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models for transportation planning and operations.
