Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB) seeks a Transportation Data Analytics Lead to guide enterprise-scale analytics initiatives across transportation engineering, blending data science with actionable insights for public and private clients.

The role supports a hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from any VHB office within our footprint. You will build and mentor data teams, develop scalable dashboards and data platforms, and translate complex analytics into strategic recommendations for

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of advanced analytics in transportation engineering.
Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep understanding of transportation and mobility datasets including connected vehicle data.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level transportation analytics initiatives across multiple service lines.
Build and mentor high-performing data teams.
Direct design and deployment of scalable dashboards and data platforms.
Establish data governance, QA, and scalable ETL frameworks across projects.
Lead development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models.
Translate analytic findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
