Qualifications

• 8+ years in advanced analytics for transportation, DOTs or government.
• Master's degree in data science or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transportation data analytics initiatives across VHB's multidisciplinary service lines, aligning technical solutions with client business objectives and organizational strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of data analysts and technical specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
• Serve as the technical and strategic lead for complex structured and unstructured transportation datasets, driving data-informed decision-making for public and private sector clients.
• Direct the design, development, and implementation of scalable dashboards, web applications, and data platforms that support advanced analytics, operational reporting, and client-facing solutions.
• Establish and oversee best practices for data architecture, ETL workflows, governance, quality assurance, and statistical integrity across large and complex datasets.
