Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management.
• Lead project startup, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development & recruiting strategy.
• Manage contractual issues and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion with accuracy.
• Lead and develop the project team; resolve issues decisively.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control plans.
• Review schedules, financial projections, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
