Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or similar leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Proven success in maintaining client relationships.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of project controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion and ensure profitability.
• Lead and develop the project team; resolve problems with final say.
• Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure project success.
