Job summary

The Foth Companies, a seasoned civil engineering and construction firm, seeks a WisDOT Construction Project Leader to supervise infrastructure projects and provide active client management. The role is based in Wisconsin and supports WisDOT initiatives across Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay.

You will lead project teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold quality standards while mentoring field personnel and strengthening agency relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management/administration on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leader.
• HTCP WisDOT Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team.
• Work with WisDOT project managers to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are achieved.
• Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in WisDOT construction-related activities and interviews.
• Assist in development of NOI on construction fair packages.
• Support business development by strengthening relationships with WisDOT.
• Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards.
