Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a team-focused WisDOT Construction Project Leader to oversee delivery of state infrastructure projects from Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay, WI. You will drive project life-cycle activities, manage scope, schedule, quality and budget, and strengthen client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering or related degree with 5+ years of infrastructure construction management and WisDOT process experience, plus HTCP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction management/administration on infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with WisDOT processes and leadership expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Project Leader on WisDOT construction team.
• Coordinate with WisDOT PMs across project life-cycle (scope, schedule, budget).
• Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in WisDOT activities and fairs.
• Assist NOI development for construction fair packages.
• Support business development and mentor field personnel on WisDOT standards.
