Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a WisDOT Construction Project Leader to oversee WisDOT construction projects and assist with client management. Based in Wisconsin, you will lead project delivery and collaborate with WisDOT teams across Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay.

Preferred candidates will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 5+ years in infrastructure project management, and WisDOT certification/licensure as applicable. A PE is advantageous and mentorship is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of construction management/administration on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects.
• HTCP WisDOT Certifications (preferred) and PE licensure considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team.
• Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved.
• Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews.
• Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages.
• Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOT.
• Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards.
