Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Heavy Highway construction.
• NICET II or above, ACI Field Grade I, NJSAT, and Rutgers TCC certifications.
• Ability to read complex blueprints.
• Familiarity with New Jersey DOT or NJ Turnpike Authority standards.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to/from job sites.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Observe work in progress to ensure procedures and materials adhere to project specs.
• Document Control: Prepare daily inspection reports and logs of materials.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor work zones for safety measures and OSHA compliance.
• Project Administration: Assist Resident Engineers with submittals and monthly estimates.
