Artheon is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team for projects located in New Jersey for state and regional agencies. Inspect heavy highway, bridge, and road work to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, material testing, logging progress, and enforcing MPT standards. Requires NICET II+, ACI Field Grade I, and strong writing and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Heavy Highway construction.
• NICET II and above, ACI Field Grade I, NJSAT, Rutgers TCC certifications required.
• Strong written communication and ability to read complex blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Quality Assurance: observe work in progress to ensure adherence to specs.
• Document Control: prepare daily inspection reports and logs.
• Safety & Compliance: monitor work zones for MPT compliance and OSHA regulations.
• Project Administration: assist Resident Engineers with submittals and pay items.
