Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks transportation construction inspectors for municipal and state projects in New York State. You will review plans, document activities and quantities, and inspect work to confirm conformance with plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include field inspection and office engineering, supporting diverse projects across NY. Ideal candidates have experience with NYSDOT standards and certifications (NICET/ACI/NACE/NETTCP/ATSSA) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with NYSDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials.
• Preferred certifications from NICET, ACI, NACE, NETTCP, or ATSSA.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and document work activities and quantities.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with plans and specs; perform field and office inspections.
