Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in transportation/logistics/freight auditing.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and carrier liability.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex claims.
• Experience collaborating with carriers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong data reporting and KPI familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• File and process transportation carrier claims with supporting docs.
• Attend carrier review meetings and push for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to identify root causes.
• Review inspection reports and maximize recovery opportunities.
• Monitor claim payments and escalate as needed.
• Prepare weekly/monthly claims performance reports.
• Create carrier scorecards and executive reporting materials.
