Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Active PE license.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Background in transportation or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from design through construction.
• Familiarity with engineering design/CAD platforms and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil infrastructure projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, staffing, and project milestones.
• Work closely with clients, internal engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve design, schedule, budget, and construction-related issues.
• Coordinate project activities across planning, permitting, design, and construction phases.
• Provide guidance and technical support to engineers and other project team members.
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and deliverables.
