The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and driving results with purpose. Candidates should have a PE license or ability to obtain one, and be willing to travel as needed within Wisconsin for project delivery and client meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with leadership of projects.
• PE license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Set goals and guide the team’s short and long-term vision as part of the business plan.
• Oversee scope, schedule, technical requirements, client communications, staffing, and budgets for project lifecycles.
• Lead and mentor staff on transportation-related projects and develop client relationships.
• Ensure internal QA processes and regulatory compliance.
