Qualifications

• Completed at least 3 years of high school and pursuing a STEM-focused undergraduate degree.
• Engineering or STEM coursework completed or in progress.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are desired.
• Interest in civil engineering and transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments with direction from experienced engineers.
• Shadow operations and learn about project phases.
• Take on unique tasks that support larger projects and daily workflows.
• Engage in social activities and learn about our sectors and services.
