The Village for Families & Children seeks a Juvenile Transportation/Case Aide to provide reliable client transport to and from the program as scheduled. You will travel primarily between destinations with the aim of safety and positive engagement with youth and families.
Responsibilities include maintaining logs, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety procedures. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

The Quality Parenting Center (QPC) is a program that provides parents and their children with a comfortable and homelike setting where families can safely spend time together and create positive memories. The Visiting Coach model empowers parents through visit planning, and assists them with identifying and responding to their children's needs. Visits can be scheduled 365 days a year, evenings and weekends included in order to best meet the needs of the families. QPC is tasked with facilitating transportation for parents and children. The TCA position requires a great deal of time transporting children in agency and personal vehicles. In order to safely facilitate the transports, staff must be able to carry and install car seats in agency mini-vans which requires being able to climb in and out of the back seats.
The Juvenile Transportation/Case Aide is responsible for providing transportation to clients to and from program as scheduled. Primarily travel based or picking up multiple clients within a common destination. The Juvenile Transportation/Case Aide provides feedback to supervisor(s) and staff regarding any problems or difficulties relating to client transports.
