Truck Driver Nation is looking for a Transportation Candidate Screening Specialist to conduct preliminary reviews of CDL driver applicants.

This role concentrates on understanding a driver's professional background before the candidate is moved toward a specific transportation opportunity.

CANDIDATE REVIEW

The Screening Specialist may review information involving:

• CDL class and endorsements
• Tractor-trailer experience
• Equipment experience
• Recent driving history
• Previous employers
• Preferred operating area
• Home-time expectations
• Type of driving position requested

The purpose of the review is not to make a carrier's final hiring decision. It is to create an accurate candidate profile that can be used during the recruiting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct preliminary applicant screening
• Review information supplied by CDL candidates
