Job summary

STV is seeking a North Market Sector Leader (Transit/Transportation Buildings) to drive growth and major pursuits for STV's Buildings Group, leading the delivery of transportation-oriented building design services for rail, aviation, and intermodal clients.

In this senior, client-facing role, you will shape Northeast strategy, mentor teams, and act as seller-doer and industry ambassador. Flexible hybrid/remote options with travel across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• 15+ years multi-state AEC design leadership with transit/transportation clients.
• Proven success leading major pursuits and complex facilities programs.
• Established relationships with transportation owners and agencies (e.g., MTA, Amtrak, Port Authority).
• Credibility as a seller-doer balancing client development, leadership, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Northeast Transportation Buildings & Facilities market strategy.
• Lead major pursuits involving transportation-oriented facilities.
• Serve as STV's primary face for the Buildings Group with agency executives.
• Foster long‑term client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Maintain opportunity planning and forecasting in Deltek Vantagepoint.
