Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Relevant data analytics or project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, extract, validate, and analyze Transportation operational data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive summaries.
• Analyze service-reliability measures and related causes to inform improvements.
• Identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, audits, and analyses for Transportation leadership.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to validate data and standardize KPI definitions.
