Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a Transportation Analyst to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of our transportation processes, including parcel, LTL, and FTL. You will track carrier performance, develop SOPs, and build KPI dashboards to drive cost savings and service improvements.

The role involves partnering with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues, audit invoices, and support continuous process improvements within the Enterprise Transportation Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or related field required.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, or program management preferred.
• Exposure to courier industry and/or pool distribution environments helpful; small package, LTL, and TL experience a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and basic ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation processes to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor daily outbound shipments and carrier performance across LTL/FTL and parcel.
• Collaborate with carriers, DCs and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Develop SOPs to ensure carriers follow policies and procedures for end-mile orders.
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking transportation KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Audit carrier invoices against contracts and approve payments.
