Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Transportation Systems Analyst to evaluate and optimize transportation processes, including parcel, LTL, and TL, while aligning with corporate goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and carrier performance improvement.

The ideal candidate has a background in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on experience in data analysis, ERP/TMS systems, and implementing cost-saving transportation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, operations management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, air freight operations, or related field.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, or program management is preferred.
• Exposure to courier industry and/or pool distribution environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve transportation processes and carrier performance across parcel, LTL, and TL, ensuring alignment with Cencora objectives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for carriers and improve dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Audit carrier invoices against contracts and support carrier settlements.
• Onboard new carriers and technology partners; support RFPs and carrier conversions.
• Provide data and analyses for quarterly business reviews with transportation leadership.
• Train teams on solutions to support the Enterprise Transportation Network.
