Job summary

Amazon's NAST Product Engineering Team seeks a Transportation Analyst to improve the North American transportation network. You will analyze data, design solutions, and support large-scale programs to streamline shipping decisions across our network.

Applicants should have Excel proficiency, experience with large data sets, and ideally SQL skills. The role is based in Bellevue, WA with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within Amazon's logistics operations.

Qualifications

Amazon transportation encompasses all of the operations that deliver worldwide shipments to and from our fulfillment centers and third party locations. The Network Operations Center needs exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people to design, develop, and improve our transportation systems.

• Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference and show an acumen on analytics skills to learn and develop dashboards/reporting for the team
• Support large scale transportation programs
• Configure the inputs driving shipping decisions for packages in our North American transportation network

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
