A day in the life

Your daily execution responsibilities will come via an intake queue which generates work tickets assigned to you. There could be a variety of audit and reporting duties as well. You will review dashboards and metrics that track transportation network performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. Throughout the day, you\'ll attend or facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams—from operations managers to software engineers—ensuring alignment on priorities and removing roadblocks. You\'ll work autonomously to solve ambiguous problems, whether that\'s defining requirements for a new system feature or analyzing why a particular network configuration isn\'t performing as expected. Your work directly influences decisions about how Amazon moves packages from fulfillment centers to customers\' doorsteps.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Experience with SQL
• Master\'s degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
