Staples, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Transportation Analyst II to coordinate domestic product movements from suppliers to our warehouses and to operate the Staples Delivery Command Center.

You will oversee 400+ nightly line haul deliveries across fulfillment centers, delivery hubs, and third-party partners while providing real-time support to keep orders moving to final-mile locations. Competenze

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Associate or Technical Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel/Word/Access/V-Lookup skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the movement of domestic products from suppliers to warehouses.
• Maintain constant communication between suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Track and trace POs until delivery.
• Manage carrier to ensure on-time delivery of 97%.
• Ensure vendor on-time routing to a goal of 94%.
• Correctly classify failures to the correct root cause.
• Communicate late POs and provide ETAs to the Inventory Team.
• Work closely with the Inventory Team to understand expectations and identify challenges.
