Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive care.

You will also assist with CNA duties when not transporting, ensure resident comfort, monitor safety, and help with mobility using proper techniques. A Texas CNA certification, clean driving record, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Age 25+ for insurance requirements.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas (CNA).
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition during transport and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.

We're seeking a dependable Transportation Aide – CNA to join our team! This important role ensures residents are safely transported to and from appointments and activities while receiving attentive care. Success in this position requires professionalism, strong patient care skills, and safe driving practices at all times.

Your Impact as a Transportation Aide – CNA

In this role, you will:

• Safely Transport Residents: Drive residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and scheduled activities
• Ensure Resident Comfort: Monitor safety and comfort throughout transport
• Observe & Report: Watch for changes in residents' condition during transport and report any concerns promptly
• Assist with Mobility: Help residents ambulate and transfer using assistive devices and proper technique
• Monitor Vital Signs: Record vitals when needed during transport
• Support the Team: Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record
• Is at least 25 years old (for insurance requirements)
• Has a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas
