Job summary

Dignity HCC is seeking a reliable Transport/Van Driver to move residents to medical appointments and other activities. You will help with new admissions, keep mileage and trip logs, and ensure safe operation of facility vehicles.

Strong English communication and a caring demeanor are essential. The role supports older adults in a healthcare setting, requiring flexibility for changing schedules and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid PA driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
• Previous experience working with older adults or in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings.
• Assist with transportation of new admissions as needed.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, including mileage and trip records.

• Coordinate weekly transportation schedules with Nursing staff.
