Job summary

Milford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a reliable Transport/Van Driver to safely transport residents to medical appointments and outings. The role requires flexibility and compassion when working with older adults in a healthcare setting.

You will maintain transportation logs, assist with admissions, coordinate weekly schedules with Nursing staff, and ensure vehicles are clean and compliant. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, a CNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CN A certification is a plus but not required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
• Previous experience with older adults or healthcare preferred.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings


• Assist with transportation of new admissions as needed


• Maintain accurate transportation logs, including mileage and trip records

• Coordinate weekly transportation schedules with Nursing staff

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license with an excellent driving record
