Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Transport Specialist responsible for delivering product orders to dispensaries and wholesale clients, while ensuring safety and professionalism. Downtime duties may include aiding the Packaging department with assembly tasks.

Required are prior delivery experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a clean driving record. Eligible applicants must be 21+, have a valid license, and be able to obtain a Cannabis Production Agent Card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order/package delivery required.
• Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
• Must be able to apply for a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Responsibilities

Physical and Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The ability to stay stationairy in a vehicle for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
