Savvyherb is seeking a Transport Specialist for a full-time role to deliver product orders to dispensaries and wholesale clients, assemble and prep orders, and assist the packaging department during slower periods. The position requires a dependable driver, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have delivery experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job description

• The Transport Specialist is a full-time position paid $16/hr, responsible for delivering product orders to dispensaries and wholesale clients, preparing orders, and supporting the packaging department during downtime.
• Essential duties include driving a delivery van, following strict safety standards, interacting professionally with clients and vendors, and performing other management-assigned tasks.
• Minimum qualifications require previous delivery experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, authorization to work in the U.S., a valid driver’s license with a clean record, age 21 or older, and the ability to obtain a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
• The role demands physical stamina for standing most of the day, occasional heavy lifting, and working in a moderate noise warehouse and retail environment.

This is a full-time position at $16/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
• Support Packaging department in assembling products and packaging during downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in order/package delivery required.
• Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
• Must be able to apply for a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or work‑related driving preferred.

Physical and Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The ability to stay stationairy in a vehicle for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
