Job summary

DeVivo Companies in Seekonk, MA is seeking a full-time Refrigeration Technician to join our transportation solutions team. You will perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on transport refrigeration units and auxiliary power units, ensuring reliable service for our fleet customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with transport refrigeration systems, valid driver's license, and tools. EPA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport refrigeration equipment installation/repair.
• Ability to install, diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.
• Own and maintain proper hand tools; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service inspections on transport refrigeration units (TRU) and auxiliary power units (APU).
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment, APUs, and heater systems.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes.
• Complete repair orders and parts usage forms.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, and customers.
• Stay current on technical and regulatory requirements.
• Perform road service calls as required.
