Thermo King West is seeking an entry-level Service Technician to diagnose and repair transport temperature equipment. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and customer service while training on Thermo King systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; EPA certifications are preferred. Overtime and travel may be required as part of the position, with career progression through Apprentice to Master Technician levels.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, transport refrigeration, and/or electrical systems.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on Thermo King equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively diagnose transport temperature equipment and perform repairs with quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on transport temperature control equipment.
• Install transport temperature control equipment according to Thermo King specs.
• Perform Auxiliary Power Unit installations, repairs and service as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of Thermo King products and service bulletins.
