Job summary

EH Wolf & Sons is seeking a Transport Operations Manager to lead the transportation team, oversee daily fuel transportation and delivery operations, and partner with leadership to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

You will lead Drivers and Dispatchers, optimize routes and equipment utilization, ensure DOT compliance, and support recruiting and training efforts to sustain growth in the Midwest transportation sector.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of transportation, logistics, dispatch, or related operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software systems.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Starting pay at $75,000 annually
• 401(k) with 100% company match up to 5% starting on your first day

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of transportation, logistics, dispatch, or related operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software systems.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in fuel, petroleum, or bulk transportation operations.
