Job summary

E.H. Wolf & M.A. Wolf Trucking is seeking a Fuel Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to be a key contact for customers, handling orders, account information, and service questions.

You will work with drivers and teammates to keep operations running smoothly and create a positive customer experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with competitive pay and benefits including 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Take orders for fuel and services and provide product information.
• Maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Monitor autofill customer accounts to ensure timely deliveries.
• Process and maintain pricing information in company software.
• Set up and monitor fuel contract gallon usage.
• Maintain truck maintenance and testing schedules for the fuel dept.
• Provide backup support to teammates as needed.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Position Overview

As a Fuel Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as an important point of contact for our customers, helping them place orders, answer questions, manage account information, and ensure they receive exceptional service.

This position works closely with customers, drivers, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly while providing a positive customer experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing
