Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Andover is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to lead our daily transport operations and drive performance across the network.

You will manage a small team, optimise delivery routes, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, accurate shipments. The role is permanent full-time with Monday to Friday day shifts and occasional Saturday mornings.

• Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone

Pay Rate: £32,000 - £37,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday - Day shifts - flexibility required, including occasional Saturday AM shifts

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
• Previous managed a small team within transport/logistics
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
