Raintree Village is seeking a dedicated Transport Driver to provide safe resident transportation within our senior living community. You will shuttle residents to appointments and wait during visits, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, adherence to community policies, and teamwork to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles.
• Excellent safety and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from appointments and wait with them as needed.
• Assist residents on and off the vehicle, including wheelchair transfers.
• Support the community's goal of quality care and life for residents.
• Follow community policies and procedures at all times.
• Attend meetings and training as assigned.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity in all interactions.
• Foster positive relations with residents, families and guests.
• Assist in scheduling and daily appointment coordination.
• Complete other tasks for other departments as needed.

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Driver to join our team! The Driver is responsible for providing safe transportation for the residents of our retirement community, taking them to and from appointments and waiting for them during the appointments.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from appointments and waiting for them during
• Assist residents on and off the vehicle, sometimes pushing their wheelchair as necessary
• Follow and uphold the Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life
• Follow and uphold policies and procedures of the Community
• Attend and participate in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned
• Observe residents’ rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests
• Assist in coordination of scheduling and daily appointments.
• Complete any other assignments including tasks assigned to other departments
