Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• 7+ years of progressive social work experience and 2 years in management.
• State licensure and/or professional certification as required; BLS certification required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification or ARC BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Ability to lead transplant social work services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight and strategic direction for transplant social work across all programs.
• Manage supervision and professional development of the transplant social work team.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics for quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to promote equitable access to transplantation and optimize outcomes.
