Nursing Clinical Ladder

Job summary

Banner Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Transplant PCU at University Medical Center in Phoenix. This full-time day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) position offers a $10K sign-on bonus and opportunities to participate in the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program.

The unit supports renal and liver transplant patients with a strong multidisciplinary team including social workers, pharmacists and physicians. Ideal candidates have telemetry/ICU/home health/medical-surgical or critical care background

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and educational needs and plan care.
• Implement the plan of care, coordinate with the health care team and supervise staff as needed.
• Document assessment, plan, and evaluation in the patient record accurately and timely.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans with the team.
