Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness management, home care needs and medications.
• Uses nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
• Develops and implements care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient response and modifies plan during the stay.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory activities.
