Job summary

St. David's South Austin Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Transplant Revenue Analyst to review pre-evaluation and global service agreements and analyze provider payments within transplant operations.

You will oversee payor disputes, ensure accurate revenue capture, and coordinate with insurance relations to resolve complex claims. The role requires hospital revenue cycle experience, knowledge of UB04/HCFA, and strong Excel skills for month-end reporting and data extraction across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital revenue cycle or transplant operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing standards and claims processing.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-evaluation and global service agreements and oversee transplant reimbursements.
• Analyze provider payments and handle inquiries while maintaining customer relations.
• Oversee and audit payors and provider payments for transplant accounts and Medicare cost reports.
• Document and manage claims in the global billing database by phase of transplant.
• Collaborate with providers, insurance relations, and revenue cycle teams to resolve billing issues.
