Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study-required clinical elements and tests according to the protocol.
• Obtain and document informed consent under PI direction and maintain consent records.
• Screen and prescreen potential patients; maintain logs and provide updates to the study team.
• Complete case report forms and source documents in a timely manner; create data collection forms when required.
• Perform simple data entry to study databases and resolve study queries in the EDC system.
