Job summary

LCMC Health in New Orleans is seeking a transplant program supervisor to drive hospital and service line goals, ensuring financial performance and service quality within department guidelines. The role provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to professional staff in the transplant program and supports the professional practice model, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Days shift; oversees clinic, QA/PI, interviews, training and evaluation; collaborates with hospital leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare management.
• Budgeting and financial oversight within a hospital setting.
• People leadership, coaching and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transplant program operations and staff according to guidelines.
• Ensure adequate staffing and budget adherence for department areas.
• Monitor daily operations and respond to unplanned situations to maintain quality of service.
• Stay current with hospital policies, regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
• Coordinate staff performance, reporting and process improvements.
• Participate in committees and projects related to Department and Hospital Services.
