In this role, the Manager, Transplant QAPI & Regulatory Compliance provides leadership for transplant quality assessment, performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across hospital solid organ transplant programs. Reporting to the Director of the Transplant Institute, this role oversees the design and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven QAPI program to ensure sustained compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, OPTN requirements, and other applicable regulatory standards. This position serves as the hospital’s subject-matter expert in transplant quality and regulatory affairs.
Pay Range: $120,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
