Qualifications

• TC II requires CCTC and 5 years RN transplant/critical care experience
• Excellent communication with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary medical care for transplant patients from referral to follow-up.
• Liaise with patient, family, medical staff, referring physicians and insurers.
• Develop educational materials and programs for patients and staff.
• Contribute to policy development, clinical protocols and donor/recipient coordination.
• Collect data for clinical management and regulatory requirements.
