Responsibilities

• Manage intake for program referrals and assess clinical urgency.
• Schedule transplant-related appointments and workups.
• Maintain patient charts, referrals, and educational materials.
• Coordinate transplant evaluation testing and related clinics.
• Enter orders in EMR and ensure follow-up by clinicians.
• Coordinate donor/recipient scheduling and pre-surgery validation.
• Support UNOS/UNET reviews and regulatory data submission.
• Handle patient communications and education materials.
• Maintain transplant records and billing data accuracy.
