Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a dedicated manager to support the administrative operations of the Transplant Program in Philadelphia. You will oversee scheduling, financial approvals, and patient customer service while guiding clerical staff across heart/VAD, lung, liver, kidney, living donor, and pancreas transplant services.

You will collaborate with physicians and leaders to meet performance goals, prepare and review budgets, support Medicare Cost Report data capture, and ensure timely follow-up

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration or related field is required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling functions including financial approvals and patient customer service.
• Supervise clerical/administrative staff in heart/VAD, lung, liver, kidney, living donor, and pancreas transplant programs.
• Ensure financial approvals are obtained and follow up on denials.
• Support data capture and analysis for Medicare Cost Report including staff time studies.
• Assist with budget preparation and monthly review.
• Collaborate with physician, administrative and clinical leaders to meet performance goals for transplant programs.

Education

Master’s Degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration or related field
