Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks a senior leader to direct the business and financial operations for transplant programs and related service lines. You will support leadership in planning, analysis, outreach, and operational improvement.

You will oversee reporting, reimbursement optimization, and contract development with managed care partners, while driving efficiency and cost control across the transplant service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance is required.
• Master’s degree in business or health related field is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC/Phoenix EHRs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages reporting of transplant-related charges and direct expenses to optimize reimbursement and CMS compliance.
• Develops, operationalizes, and evaluates strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with department managers to develop workload standards and achieve productivity metrics.
• Evaluates and manages business and financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyzes financial, volume, and market data.
• Collaborates with managed care leaders to develop transplant-related contracts that optimize reimbursement.
• Implements and manages billing and payment processes.
