Responsibilities

• Primary intake for all program referrals and assessment of urgency.
• Schedule transplant recipient/donor appointments and medical workups.
• Maintain and update patient charts, referral packets, and education materials.
• Coordinate transplant evaluation testing across multiple specialties.
• Enter verbal orders and ensure follow-up by transplant clinicians.
• Facilitate scheduling of living and non-related organ donation and transplantation surgeries.
• Conduct UNOS/UNET reviews and ensure regulatory data submission accuracy.
• Manage program calendars and patient schedules.
• Coordinate educational materials and patient-facing communication.
