Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist at Saint Luke's Hospital to primarily support solid organ transplant patients. The role demands strong skills in medication preparation, therapeutic planning, and patient education. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant licensing in Missouri and Kansas, with less than one year of experience preferred.

This position involves day shifts (7 am to 3:30 pm) with weekends and evenings included. Candidates will also engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care that aligns with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience in pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri and Kansas, with PGY1/PGY2 preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with policies.
• Design and evaluate therapy regimens to meet patient goals.
• Provide medication education to patients and document appropriately.
• Monitor and assess medication therapy for efficacy and safety.
