Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in organ transplant pharmacy.
• PA Pharmacist License required.
• Board Certification in Transplant Pharmacy or Pharmacotherapy Specialist within 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to abdominal organ transplant recipients and living donors.
• Serve as a designated transplant team member collaborating with physicians, nurses, coordinators, social workers, financial coordinators and staff.
• Oversee or supervise a team of healthcare personnel delivering transplant pharmacotherapy services.
