Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
• Hematology/Oncology and/or transplant experience preferred.
• BMTCN® or OCN® certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation and preparation of patients for transplantation and cellular therapies.
• Provide long-term management and continuity of patient care across outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and community settings.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing education, symptom management, triage, and donor-process coordination.
• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluations, donor processes, treatment planning, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care throughout the transplant journey.
